直線(xiàn)導(dǎo)軌在靜止或運(yùn)動(dòng)中若承受過(guò)大的負(fù)荷,活受有很大沖擊負(fù)荷時(shí),會(huì)導(dǎo)致接觸面和鋼珠產(chǎn)生局部的變形,當(dāng)變形量超過(guò)某一限度,將妨礙直線(xiàn)導(dǎo)軌運(yùn)動(dòng)的平穩(wěn)性。基本額定負(fù)荷便是容許這個(gè)的變形量的極限負(fù)荷。依照定義:負(fù)荷的方向和大小不變的狀態(tài)下,在受到應(yīng)力接觸面處,鋼珠與珠道表面的總變形量恰為鋼珠直徑萬(wàn)分之一時(shí)的靜止負(fù)荷。

3. Static safety factor
當(dāng)直線(xiàn)導(dǎo)軌使用在慢速運(yùn)動(dòng)和作動(dòng)頻率不高的狀態(tài)下,需考慮靜系數(shù)。根據(jù)不同的使用狀況,計(jì)算靜負(fù)荷必須考慮不同的系數(shù),尤其是當(dāng)導(dǎo)軌受有沖擊性負(fù)時(shí),需要取用較大的系數(shù)。
When using linear guides in slow motion and low operating frequency, the static safety factor needs to be considered. According to different usage conditions, different safety factors must be considered when calculating static loads, especially when the guide rail is subjected to negative impact, a larger safety factor needs to be taken.
