梯形絲杠車削加工工藝

1、絲杠螺紋小于4mm和精度要求不高的工件可用梯形螺紋車刀采用左右經(jīng)給法進行粗車和精車。

1. Workpieces with screw threads less than 4mm and low precision requirements can be roughened and precision machined using trapezoidal thread turning tools using the left and right warp feeding method.

2、絲杠螺紋大于4mm和精度要求較高的梯形絲杠螺紋,一般采用分刀車削的方法。

2. For trapezoidal screw threads with a thread size greater than 4mm and high precision requirements, the method of cutting by cutting is generally used.

3、粗車,半精車梯形絲杠螺紋大經(jīng)時留0.3mm左右余量,且絲杠螺紋倒角與端面成15度。

3. For rough and semi precision turning of trapezoidal screw threads, a margin of about 0.3mm should be left when the thread is large, and the chamfer of the screw thread should be 15 degrees from the end face.

4、用粗車刀粗車,采用左右切削法或直進車削,(每側(cè)留0.1-0.2mm精車余量),選用刀頭寬度稍小于槽低寬的車槽。

4. Use a rough turning tool for rough turning, using the left and right cutting method or straight cutting, with a precision turning allowance of 0.1-0.2mm on each side, and select a groove with a tool head width slightly smaller than the lower width of the groove.

5、選用精車梯形絲杠螺紋車刀,采用左右切削法精車螺紋兩側(cè),精車刀經(jīng)向前角為0度,刀尖等于牙型角,兩側(cè)切削刃都磨有較大前角的卷削槽,車刀前端不能參加切削。
