滾珠絲杠產(chǎn)生間隙的原因及介紹

不預(yù)壓珠絲杠垂直放置時,螺帽會因自身重量而引起轉(zhuǎn)動,無預(yù)壓絲杠將有相當大的間隙,因此只能在阻力較小的機器上使用,但其主要顧慮是定位精度要求較高。確定正確的預(yù)壓量,并在出貨前調(diào)整預(yù)壓。因此,在訂購滾珠絲杠前,請仔細仔細地詳細說明設(shè)備的運行情況。
When the ball screw is not pre pressed and placed vertically, the nut will rotate due to its own weight, and there will be a considerable gap without pre pressing the screw. Therefore, it can only be used on machines with low resistance, but its main concern is that it requires high positioning accuracy. 扭轉(zhuǎn)位移過度
Excessive torsional displacement
絲杠細長比應(yīng)控制在60以下,若細長比過大,絲杠就會產(chǎn)生自重下垂。如果熱處理不正確,硬化層過薄硬度分布不均勻等情況都會導(dǎo)致扭轉(zhuǎn)位移過大。
The slenderness ratio of the screw should be controlled below 60. If the slenderness ratio is too large, the screw will experience self weight sagging. If the heat treatment is not correct, or if the hardening layer is too thin and the hardness distribution is uneven, it can lead to excessive torsional displacement.
軸承選擇不當
Improper selection of bearings
滾珠絲杠通常要配有斜角軸承,特別是用高壓力角的軸承是較好的選擇,在滾珠絲杠承受軸向負荷時,一般深溝滾珠軸承都會產(chǎn)生一定量的軸向背隙,所以深溝滾珠軸承不適合這種情況。
Ball screws usually need to be equipped with bevel bearings, especially bearings with high pressure angles are a better choice. When the ball screw is subjected to axial loads, deep groove ball bearings generally produce a certain amount of axial backlash, so deep groove ball bearings are not suitable for this situation.
軸承安裝不當
Improper installation of bearings
(1)如果軸承安裝在滾珠絲杠上,但兩者粘著不確實,則當它們受到軸向負荷時,會引起背隙,這種情況可能是絲杠肩部過長或過短。
(1) If the bearings are installed on the ball screw but the adhesion between the two is not accurate, they will cause backlash when subjected to axial load, which may be due to the shoulder of the screw being too long or too short.
(2)軸承承靠面與鎖定螺帽v齒軸心的垂直度不加,或兩個方向上鎖定螺帽面平行度不佳,都會引起軸承傾斜,所以絲杠肩鎖螺帽v形牙與軸承承靠面要同時加工,保證垂直度,若采用研磨方式加工比較好。
(2) The lack of verticality between the bearing support surface and the V-tooth axis of the locking nut, or poor parallelism between the locking nut surfaces in both directions, can cause the bearing to tilt. Therefore, the V-shaped teeth of the screw shoulder locking nut and the bearing support surface should be machined simultaneously to ensure verticality. If grinding is used, it is better.
(3)用兩個鎖蓋與彈簧墊圈固定軸承,防止軸承在運轉(zhuǎn)時松開。
(3) Secure the bearings with two lock covers and spring washers to prevent them from loosening during operation.
